Security is treated as a product requirement, not an afterthought. Workforce, compliance, and recruiting data are sensitive, and our infrastructure and practices are built around that.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Backups follow the same encryption standards as production data.
Access to customer data follows role-based permissions — managers see their sites, HR sees their organization, and administrative access is logged. Every access-affecting action is recorded in an audit trail.
The platform runs on redundant, secure cloud infrastructure within the United States, with regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
We undergo periodic security reviews and are working toward formal third-party certification. Enterprise customers can request current documentation through their account team.
We maintain an incident response process to detect, contain, and communicate security incidents. Affected customers are notified in accordance with applicable law and contractual commitments.
